Service Description
Everything you need to stop guessing and start showing up with intention. In one working session we build your complete brand foundation including your main customer avatar, customer journey map, objection breakdown, sales messaging, and a done-for-you brand vault organized in Google Drive. One time. Yours forever. Main features: - Main customer avatar with demographics and buying triggers - Customer journey map (4 stages) - Objection breakdown and sales messaging - Done-for-you brand vault in Google Drive - Live video call to review everything together Not included: ongoing social media management, content creation, or ads. This is a standalone strategy session, not a retainer.
Cancellation Policy
Payment is due as confirmed during onboarding. All payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. Either party may cancel any ongoing service agreement with 30 days written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. For one-time services including the Foundation Session and the Consultation, payment is due at booking and is non-refundable. For monthly retainer services including Small Business Starter, Essential, and Done FOR You, the minimum commitment is as stated in your service agreement. Early cancellation does not waive the remaining balance of the minimum term. Response time is 24 to 48 hours on business days. Content delivery timelines vary by project and are confirmed at the start of each month. Add-on services are billed separately and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
