Service Description
For local business owners who are ready to stop thinking about content, platforms, and consistency and hand it off completely. This is not a freelancer posting for you. This is a full agency team handling your online presence from strategy to execution every single week. Before we start, we schedule a one-hour kickoff call where we review your business, your goals, your brand, and what success looks like for you. After that call, if we are a good fit, we move forward with the contract and payment. What we handle: content creation and scheduling, paid ads management, branding and messaging, and monthly performance reports. What this does not include: Foundation Session, Google Business Profile, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. These are available as add-ons. How it works: you book a consultation, we meet for one hour, we align on goals and expectations, and if everything makes sense we sign the agreement and get to work. Starting at $2,000 per month. Minimum 6 months. Response time 24 to 48 hours on business days.
Cancellation Policy
Payment is due as confirmed during onboarding. All payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. Either party may cancel any ongoing service agreement with 30 days written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. For one-time services including the Foundation Session and the Consultation, payment is due at booking and is non-refundable. For monthly retainer services including Small Business Starter, Essential, and Done FOR You, the minimum commitment is as stated in your service agreement. Early cancellation does not waive the remaining balance of the minimum term. Response time is 24 to 48 hours on business days. Content delivery timelines vary by project and are confirmed at the start of each month. Add-on services are billed separately and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
